Paid Search is a form of digital marketing that allows advertisers to show ads on search engines such as Google or Bing when a user searches for a specific phrase. Unlike the delayed data that TV, radio and print marketers receive, paid search is instant- each time the ad is clicked, the advertiser pays the search engine a certain amount of money.
It will be your job to ensure that we are getting the most effective price for these clicks based on our clients business goals. You’ll know exactly what’s going on, what’s working and what’s not in real time.
Learn from the best of the best and spend your days exploring paid digital marketing across a range of dynamic channels (including PPC, paid social, remarketing and display), ensuring you’re stimulated, challenged and thinking beyond Google’s methodologies. Our remote team is always on Slack and Zoom, supporting each other and sharing the latest search marketing techniques, tips and insights – we may work from home, but we do not work alone.
This isn’t your typical entry level position. You will be a contributing member of the team from day one, trusted with responsibilities and client-urgent tasks that both test your abilities and cultivate a sense of ownership.
And while that may sound equally exciting and terrifying, you’ll be actively mentored by our Head of Paid Search and Senior SEM Specialist, ensuring practical advice and ready help is always available. Ideally, we want you to grow with us, taking on more senior duties as you come into your abilities and handle campaign strategy, client facing communications and proposal preparation.
